HMMMM. A MORNING RITUAL. THAT SOUNDS LIKE IT MIGHT BE HARD, EXPENSIVE + BORING
I’m not going to tell you to wake up early for no good reason, have horrible cold showers, prepare a 30-step feast of various expensive berries for a healthy breakfast + then hey presto you’ll be starting the day with a smile on your face. But you will learn science-based tips + tricks which will help you feel happier + more productive. You will have time to reflect, learn + grow. And you will start the day with a smile on your face, whether you want to or not!
BUT MY CURRENT MORNING HABITS ARE NON-EXISTENT (OR EMBARRASSING)
It doesn’t matter if you’re a morning person or one of nature’s night owls. It doesn’t matter if at the moment your only morning habits are 20 minutes of mindlessly scrolling through Insta. The world’s most highly successful people have long had morning rituals to set the tone for the rest of the day + now it’s your turn.

I know - I wrote my whole book as part of my morning routine, as well as running my six-figure coaching business + being there for my daughter Amelie in the way I wanted to be. I’d dreamed of writing a book for a while + thanks to my morning routine, I did.
