MY STORY



In my early 30s I should have felt on top of the world. 

 

Instead, I woke up every day feeling deeply + desperately unhappy.  Where I lived, my relationship, my job – all felt simply ‘wrong’.  But I had no idea why or what to do about it.  

 

As a driven hard-worker, I tried working harder, trying harder, thinking harder. 

I was still stuck + sad. 

 

What should I do?  

 

TV. 

Food. 

Shopping.

Alcohol. 

 

I ran through ways to try + numb out. 

 

Then, feeling rock bottom, I signed up for a 45-minute coaching call with a professional coach. It changed my life. Now I’m here to change yours.

 

Now, it’s my mission to help you get in a place where YOU can take ownership of your life + make the changes you yearn for.
