    For a long time, I felt UNHAPPY, UNFULFILLED and STUCK IN MY JOB. I was living in an area I hated and I was in a relationship that wasn't working. I HAD NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. I was stuck.

    I did the usual to try and deal with it. I PUSHED THE FEELINGS DOWN with

    That was until things got so bad, I reached out for help with nothing to lose. I HAD A COACHING SESSION, and that forty five minute call CHANGED THE COURSE OF MY LIFE.  

     

    During that session, I went from a place of hopelessness and desperation to a place of CHOICE AND CHANGE. Suddenly, I was FULLY ARMED WITH CLEAR ACTIONS to take and I had someone to be accountable to.
     
    Since that day twelve years ago, through my own experiences and FROM WORKING WITH HUNDREDS OF CLIENTS, I now know that if you are unhappy with your life, YOU CAN CHANGE THINGS, TOO.
